A need for informational tips regarding furnitures when player accesses building/cleaning mode. #1974

That furniture inventory is separate from your regular inventory, so collected furniture will not fill up your personal space.
That when cleaning tenement you collect picked furniture for personal use.
That you can place machines to process items and storages to keep items.
That you can place regular items from your inventory using the building mode.

@Nextej Should this be within the loading screen or during the cleanup of apartments? Else this might just be an extension of #1157 and should be merged with that

I think it would work better if the information was given upon entering cleaning mode/building mode for the first time
