I think that picking up green mushrooms (either normally or with cleaning mode) should make the player cough (and in result count as a contact with SMV) if the player is not wearing facemask.

Currently player can magically pick up shrooms from a distance, staying safe despite technically coming in contact with them.

It would be good to mention where to get masks and what they are for in a loading screen if this is implemented (the facemask stuff has been great for immersion) since players encounter them at the start of the game
