Player should get Trespassing points when entering occupied apartment's rooms other than central room.

Whenever player enters a rented apartment (if the NPC is present), the adjacent rooms should give player Trespassing crime points, so that the player won't just carelessly barge in and steal NPC's items or use their toilets.

Two additional things to consider:

• When the renting system gets revampted, perhaps there should be an ability to set rules that the landlord can roam tenants' apartment freely
• If any sorts of scheduling is added to the NPCs, they should lock doors whenever they are not present in the apartment or whenever there is night.

To be fair the landlord does have the right to enter any apartment without warning but becomes a crime if they steal or do any other illegal activity. Also if the player rents out an apartment to an NPC that gives a task and the player hasn't finished it yet, the player needs to talk to the NPC to continue
