[Playtesting] The radiation achievement does not trigger if the player dies while in the out of bounds world

When you fall out of bounds, you will be brought to a special map. Going too far in one direction will kill you from radiation but not give you the achievement. I tested this on old and brand new saves but none of them give me the achievement.
