Game freezes at loading screen #2709

I'm aware there's another thread with the same problem but I feel like it's a different issue, I apologize if it's the same.

This has happened to me on 2 different character playthroughs.

The first one happened at the loading screen when entering my apartment building. 3 of my saves(including autosave) had the same issue, the whole playthrough was essentially ruined. Happened within 1st week in-game.

The second one happened at Deekula C. This time I had 12 saves, I tested each one and it seems to started between save slot 9 to 10. Happened during 2nd week.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, game version is 0.3.38. I'm unable to pinpoint what exactly I did to trigger the issue but once it happened the particular building cannot be entered again for that save onward

Happened again at the hostel building, at only 2nd in-game day...

Discovered a workaround by deleting the save file for the bugged building and resetting everything in the building. Played for a while and haven't encounter any issue so far
