[ ] Pressing on a 'required upgrade' icon should move the navigation to that upgrade's page
Pressing this will move the view onto the Tenement Electricity page, perhaps even highlighting the needed renovation
[ ] When trying to rent out an apartment, hovering over an required renovation with a mouse cursor should highlight the icon of the needed renovation, perhaps the icon itself or the highlight should pulse making it self slightly bigger and smaller
[ ] If player tries to rent out an apartment that is not eligible (either is missing requirements or is already occupied) by pressing what-would-be a rent button, both the missing requirements icons (red) and a current occupant icon should "shake"
Optionally, keep the renting button saying still "Rent", but upon pressing a notification will arise showing either "Apartment is occupied", "Wrong size" or "Missing renovations"
