watertreatment: CD stuck in notepad, cannot pick it up again #1198

Hello, I just found a small gameplay bug yesterday:

In watertreatment map, I had a problem with the CD puzzle. While holding the CD, I pressed E by mistake while holding the CD over the notepad, then the CD felt in it. I was never able to pick it up again, tried from all angle, notepad interaction always had priority.
