tunnel4: Player can get stuck between barrels and a pipe along the ceiling if they jump a certain way

On the last tunnel puzzle before entering the steel mill, it is possible for the player to get stuck by standing on the two smaller barrels and jumping into the pipe on the ceiling, as illustrated in the image below. I had to reload an old save to fix this (did not want to use the console).
