{groceri} is not addable to jvs #104

i can add {grocere}, {gloceri} but not {groceri}! Why?

The same happens to the words: ienceri kompaso sultani tcikuadranta teknologi toksina ventile

Also some words that are shown in recent changes are not visible. like e.g. http://jbovlaste.lojban.org/dict/trauta but i can see it in http://jbovlaste.lojban.org/recent.html

This was due to jbovlaste accepting invalid input from the bulk script and creating valsi rows with null typeid. The words that couldn't be created were actually already entered, but were largely invisible due to no typeid. {trauta} also had no typeid. In addition to adding the db constraint, I updated all affected valsi (30) as fu'ivla (typeid 5).
