"Chapter" in pdf output. #92

\chapter{lojban to ). escapeall($langrealname) .q(}). Localize that string so that it shows fanva fi la'o zoi $escapedlang zoi.

The next currently displayed phrase "fanva fi la'o zoi $escapedlang zoi" is to be removed.

The text for all the chapters must be set to the same value within each document, if we are to use the chapter macro. For now, I have replaced "Chapter" with {ni'o ni'o}.
