When I uploaded this file: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Landsarkivet_i_Visby_-_Mapillary_(d0jHuRpsicfnRGnCxFVoeQ).jpg I got a message saying "1 uploads failed." even though it obviously succeeded.

Was the error in this app or in magnus' tool. Sounds like the latter in which case a report should be files in one of https://bitbucket.org/magnusmanske
