PhpStorm 2023.2 EAP doesn't work

Also have the issue the plugin is not compatible with the latest release

I've just emailed hello@lokalise.com to ask...

There doesn't seem to be anything pushed to this GitHub repo (noting it is primarily for Documentation of the plugin) since November 2022; but at least 3 releases on https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/17212-i18n-ally/versions it's a little hard to know what (if anything) has changed...

Hopefully something can be done to help out here... Possibly looser requirements?
