flag icon for Georgian language #1198

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, there is no flag icon for Georgian (ka) locale

Describe the solution you'd like I think solution here would be to add ka.svg in res/flags folder

Additional context https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0f/Flag_of_Georgia.svg This is what Georgian flag looks like, and following link contains svg file for Georgian flag

I can easily create pull request regarding this issue, I just need confirmation or any of contributors can do it
