Update docs on file download plural format supporting i18next_v4 format #147

File download supports plural format i18next_v4 already but the docs were missing information about it

Support can be seen on the Lokalise API docs. I was also able to download a file with i18next_v4 plural format through the CLI in a project similarly to how Lokalise web interface and API behave

Decided to update the docs as they confused me and this should also resolve #89

Re-created PR since master branch was renamed to main which caused the original PR #108 to be closed
