translation update should only require a translation_id and not a translation

Sorry for such late response, we are aware about this request for a while now. And finally I can confirm that we started planning to implement it. But we don't have a ETA yet...

@mkaplan9 Unfortunately, it is still the limitation of the underlying API and does not seem to change in the foreseeable future.
