`--add-newline-eof` doesn't work for `strings` format #81

The behaviour changed with the last updates and now all files in strings format don't have newline. And this behaviour can't be changed with the option.

@letko-dmitry Unfortunately, the add_newline_eof parameter is supported only by a limited set of file formats and strings are not included. We will update the respective api documentation to reflect the file format list
