Upgrade guzzle7 adapter to ga version ^1.0.0 #21

Update dependency to release version. No code changed, so we do not need to update any code.

https://github.com/php-http/guzzle7-adapter/releases/tag/1.0.0

Because no code change is required on our side, we can support both versions for backwards compatibility.

Is this package abandoned? Can someone please merge and do a release?
