BUILD_GROUPS and --mode=... should preserve order #17

Currently when multiple BUILD_TYPES are generated, they are introduced into 
the DAG after being passed thru a set() for uniqueness.
It would be more useful if they were made unique in a way that preserves 
ordering, as this could be used to implement build phases.
