[Feature Request] Notify without channel on New Requests/Issues. Notify Channel on Approved/Marked as Available. #384

Hi.

Is it possible, so make it so new requests/issues, gets notified without a channel (api owner gets notified (at least on pushbullet))

And notify a channel, when something is approved, denied, fixed or available?

I also think this would be nice. A notification for when something is approved or denied with the reason. The idea here is so that users who make the request can be notified on it's status change.

I'm not super familiar with the pushbullet api changes, @rigrassm made those I believe, maybe he can chime in.

That's definitely something that can be done, I'll have to look into the best approach to it though. Going over it briefly in my head it there are probably two ways to get it done, the quickest way would involve a bit of a hacky implementation while the other would mean overhauling the notification system to provide a more granular approach to them.

In the meantime, this should be fairly straight forward if you use the ifttt maker functionality to use a bit of logic to separate the different request types.

I'll start digging into this sometime this week though.
