[Suggestion] Separate TV approval requirement by new episodes vs full series requests #426

I don't have a lot of drive space to throw at my Plex server currently, so it would be nice to be able to set requests to only require approval for TV requests that are for full series, and automatically approve requests for only new episodes.

I'll look into it, got a few things ahead of it including looking into more granular options for requesting episodes which may impact how this would be implemented.
