Radarr profile setting not saving #539

I am testing the app in a docker build and the profile setting says it's saved but if you refresh the admin page the list of profiles is missing again and you need to get profiles again. I think this is the source of also not being able to search for movies as it errors out. Same thing happens with sonarr. the radarr availability setting sticks but the quality always goes away and won't stick and trying to test with my own plex user.

This appeared to be an issue with the root directory missing.
