Hi @Jiangfeng-88. Where to get help for your particular issue is spelled out in the issue template, shown above, as well as the "Help" section of the web site.

The developer has made it pretty clear he wants to use the GitHub issue tracker exclusively for "bugs"—actual defects in the software.
