Upload Edited Video to S3 #9

In Service Provider's account, Upload Menu is there. A form opens On filling all details API call will happen, but before that Video will be uploaded to s3 and the url is sent back to ui same for thumbnails.

Now. We have url of objects , these urls will be send along the form data and get saved
