Bug in PrintServiceMatcher #54

I found a implementation Bug in 1.3.5 of Class PrintServiceMatcher.

You're searching the best matching Printer by 3 types: exact, begin and partial.

But in the else if m3.find(), ps is assigned to begins, also after the 
iteration begins is returned in the else if partial != null.
