Downloaded new 1.38 and PluginDetect.js is missing in Loading.html

Thanks for pointing this out.

If future versions of jzebra mandate keeping this plugin, it will be 
distributed with the featured download.  I would not consider this a bug, as 
1.3.8 is a source code snapshot and will likely have more code changes before 
it is a featured download.

If you choose to test 1.3.8, please download the 3rd party PluginDetect.js from 
pinlady.net here:  
http://www.pinlady.net/PluginDetect/scripts/PluginDetect_Java.js

Marking bug as "WontFix", since it pertains to a source release.  Feel free to 
reopen if you feel this decision is in error.
