Print FedExLabel(ZPL11 )to Zebra is printing shifted down #93

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

I am using the JZebra, printFile to print a file containing ZPL11. This file
content is the FedEx Label.
The printer is ZP500.
The label prints shifted down, and hence is missing some part of the label.

@jramineni,

Generally speaking, the commands you send are the commands your printer will
interpret.

Can you provide a sample ZPL file (please attach it rather than pasting it's
contents) as well as a scanned version of the label that printed incorrectly?

Also, can you use a Zebra demo program to simulate the label printing
correctly? That would help narrow down as to the cause.

Last, does FexEx have any known issues with the printer you are using? They
have excellent support and should be able to shed light on that.

Issue was caused by incorrect selection for label stock type by incorrectly
selected one with doc tab, which resulted in blank space at the top.

Closing, marking as invalid. Please reopen if this is a jzebra issue.
