Keymaps aren't preserved between client and server #105

Client runs Moonlight and has an AZERTY keyboard. Server runs Sunshine and also has an AZERTY keyboard.

When in Moonlight, the perceived keymap is a weird mix of QWERTY and AZERTY : letters behave like QWERTY, while numbers/symbols mostly work like AZERTY (needing SHIFT to type numbers BUT some numbers are remapped with non-top-row keys ...).

I can confirm the issue with my BÉPO layout.

Probably duplicate of #82 Nevertheless important bug for every non-English user.
