No video output and UPnP error

im running sunshine on windows 11 x64 using a 5700XT

ive tryed changing codices (i think) and unplugging 2nd monitor and forcing main monitor to run different resolutions

when i run sunshine i get a error at the end "Error: A UPnP device has been found, but it wasn't recognized as an IGD"

i can connect to sunshine using moonlight on a psvita and android it gives me all the network and latency info and even streams audio and the cursor ,inputs seem to work fine but all i get is a black screen i tryed desktop and steam big picture in and out of games fullscreen and borderless

am i missing a setting or something? any help on this is greatly appreciated
