8bitdo controller not working on Windows Sunshine->Moonlight #334

Controller 8bitdo SN30 Pro in X-Input mode Host PC Lenovo Thinkstation P620 Threadripper Pro 3945WX w/ Nvidia T1000 8GB | Windows 10 Pro Client PC Intel Nuc 11 Essential Pentium N6005 | Windows 10 Pro

The controller is paired with the client and is able to navigate in Moonlight application. Controller inputs are not being sent/interpreted by Sunshine host. Usually when there is Xbox 360 support, this controller in X-Input mode works just fine, but in this case it doesn't. Considering Moonlight recognizes and uses the controller, I suspect the issue is compatibility with this controller in Sunshine.
