Gpu Paravirtualization in Hyper V #374

I cant seem to get working reliably in a vm with a shared 3090 it works fine up until the game starts then i get a black screen last night i started sunshine then removed and installed the usb monitor and it worked for a bit then after restarting the vm it no longer worked any idea how to get a reliable experience or is this not a use case that i could get working?

Thanks for posting! Can you provide more details about what you have done to configure the "shared 3090" for Hyper-V?

I have a 3090Ti, 3080, several 1080Ti's, and 1070Ti's as well as Hyper-V. If possible, I want to replicate your setup to help you troubleshoot this issue.

I followed craft computings guide Two gamers one gpu but he uses parsec and i try to use sunshine, i then used this but uninstalled all the parsec programs it installed https://github.com/jamesstringerparsec/Easy-GPU-PV

I then installed the usb monitor from the craft computing video thats where im at now when the game starts all i get is a black screen but if i play for a bit in the hyper v window the video shows up on the ipad that I'm streaming to Im not sure if its relevant but the host computer has nividia experience running at the time while im trying this out its not being used but its running
