implemented a simple hud #160

I created a simple HUD that helps to show the information of Material, Container, Filter and Tipside if the F1 menu is not visible. This is also helpful if one has installed a lot of mods. It would be great to make it like Courseplay HUD but I don't have time for this at the moment.

Thank you for this - I have seen it and will get around to it, but first I want to clear some of the bugs from the bug list!

My original feature list for this mod included an interactive hud, so that users could adjust the loading dimensions in real time, but as with everything it seems there is never enough time!
