small notice about version numbering #165

Hi @loki79uk , only a small suggestion. Your version numbering will not be accepted in modhub I think. Better will be: 1.3.1.9 -> 1.3.2.0 than 1.3.1.9 -> 1.3.1.10

Don't worry, any ModHub release will end with .0 (when I also update the changelog)

In all my mods I aim to keep x.x.0.0 for modhub releases, with x.x.x.0 for ModHub hotfixes. The last field is only for dev versions, never ModHub.
