Date validation does not account for the HHmm to check if it's in the past

Steps to reproduce

At this point of testing, the time is 5:05 pm.

Execute edit 1 d/19-04-2024 1200

Expected

It should give the user a warning that the date input cannot be in the past.

Actual

The edit command executes successfully despite the entry being in the past.

Note how the interview date here is in the past.

Suggestion

The validation should also account for time to check if the input is in the past.
