After I execute: php artisan admin:new admin-demo

Receive:

There are no commands defined in the "admin" namespace.

when I run this command : php artisan admin:install

cmd shows me an error: There are no commands defined in the "admin" namespace.

please help me why admin.php, file does not created in config folder????
