Very simple tentacle prototype, right click to pull to wall if in range and then can left click to push in mouse direction.

Hi, I just merged https://github.com/sneyed/game-off-2018/pull/11 and it created a conflict in project.godot for this PR

Could you please take a look? I'll merge when resolved :smile:
