Detaching tab will loose url in linkbar #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in a IE rendered tab, open a new tab using right click on a link and then 
"open in new window"
2. drag the last open tab away from Firefox to get a new window from it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the right url, I see "chrome://ietab2/content/reloaded.html?url=" 
instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IETABV2 4.12.22.2, FF 23.0.1. Windows7 

Please provide any additional information below.
