Scrollbar flashing referred to in Issue #21 appears to still exist. #49

See #21 I haven't experienced this on my computer, but two of my co-workers that I had test it did experience it in both Chrome and Safari. I checked our versions of Chrome and they're the same, so I'm not sure why they experienced it while I didn't.
