Add .editorconfig file
Update .gitignore to include VSC, Jetbrains, and NodeJS standards
Add .naverc file for nodeJS default
Update app.js and hack.js to latest ES standards
Remove proprietary Google Analytics Object
Add pnpm lockfile and use pnpm as the default package manager
Add a .npmrc file and set the engine strictness to true
