Pages Refresh on Presence Install #4

Not sure if you can do anything about this, but installing a presence causes all pages that it runs on to refresh. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

The Presences wont work without a reload. So that is why they reload

It would be nice if there was an option since PreMiD doesn't do this. Maybe there could be a banner warning with a Refresh All button.

Where should the banner be. In the popup it is not optional as it closes and on the page it is not possible. Premid can do it as it is injected on all pages all the time. And how often does someone enable an presence either way.
