Can we add in support a conversation method with intercom instead of our support page ?

Im exploring better way yto stablish support , Im re doing the website (front end) of cymplar into wP

with a more active socisal media and blog, together with a better wiki to start loading it with user information

Liferay itself has blog with and nice features to make public web-sites. SO - it may be also make sense to use same server not only for dashboard - but for website itself as well.

ok, can I submit my own website tho?

I want to out the current website, or do I have to just do themes ?? Currently the website its been built in wp to access some key feautres into adding pages , landing pages and SEO strategies

yes - in liferay with it's CMS features you can easily add pages, place web-content on them and so on. To change Look and Feel theme need to be developed.
