When adding a new comapny it searches the database fgor companies that are listed on other organisations and populates the fields that are on storage , we need to remove this , only to be able to search for company names but no pre populate

So, we will display names of companies - but then user select some company - we just use it's name - but not it's data?

Yeah because the data comes from other user , they may refer to different department , or different division . The question is once they change the content does it change for All , that a bit dangerous

Fixed. Now then user select some name from the list - only name is used - not other enterprise data.
