Updated spectating urls #34

The Korean quickfind proxy doesn't exist anymore and isn't needed anymore. Changed it to the official one :) And I updated the spectator urls to the working ones.

Oh yes, I need to drop the Constants.BASE_PATHs. I checked with quickfind and google, and they all refer to this ip (only for OCE). So I don't know, currently spectator.oc1 seems to work, but I don't know why where everywhere it's reffered to the IP.

So for now, I am gonna drop that change completely.
