Feat config benchmark #12

Closes #9 Defines config in json format Each major step in our processing pipeline is represented as a top level entry in the json file.

The benchmark config allows to easily iterate over different config variations and compare their impact

Didn't think of it yet, but we could do that. Maybe as a more late stage feature when we get to performance optimization
