items not disappearing, getting errors in console (global ply) #133

no one posted this problem yet but i always have a problem using ifaks, bandage and painkillers and they dont disappear after using, it shows the message below when you use it.

i highly doubt the ambulance job is the problem because its updated and i double checked the coding
