[v0.4.0] no JavaScript preprocessors were found for `stained-by-children` #17

DEPRECATION: Addon files were detected in `/project_path/node_modules/ember-cli-stained-by-children/addon`, but no JavaScript preprocessors were found for `stained-by-children`. Please make sure to add a preprocessor (most likely `ember-cli-babel`) to in `dependencies` (NOT `devDependencies`) in `stained-by-children`'s `package.json`.

it looks like it was solved in version gen-3: https://github.com/lolmaus/ember-cli-stained-by-children/blob/b4693793b61b6ecf990b7ef73ed30b216de11cd9/package.json#L44-L46

This addon is ancient and unmaintained.
