Create group email/Facebook/Whatsapp contact list #249

At the moment, we don't have a collective datebase of contact details for clients. We would ideally like one way to contact everyone. If not, create a separate contact group for email, Facebook, Whatsapp (2 rather than three might be better)

[x] Create spreadsheet of contacts with numbers/email addresses
[ ] Create group email
[x] Create broadcast group fro Whatsapp
[x] Send to Lou to check
