refactor(simple bot): simple bot instead of shield bot or totem bot

a simple bot would have settings such as:

• shield / no shield
  • auto hit / no auto hit
  • sprint hit or not
• reach
• realistic toteming (slight delay between toteming)
• diamond / neth armor
• blast prot or no blast prot

Simple bots have now been added! (actually a bit ago)
