Rewrite subject color handling #28

Either take the Skolengo-provided color (meh) or use the subject ID with the existing ColorProvider

Done in https://github.com/lolocomotive/Klient/commit/226ee8b03201acc6b08b7f3a74f77fa20cd519ff Not using the Skolengo-provided colors because i don't like them.
