Marking fenestrae #111

Sometimes a scribe leaves a hole in the text, maybe because he can't read what his copy says, or maybe for other reasons.

For example:

skaermbillede 2017-05-25 kl 14 13 45

Could we annotate that with <space>?

The TEI documentation says:

<space> indicates the location of a significant space in the text. [11.5.1 Space]

Later it says (same page)

This element should be used wherever it is desired to record an unusual space in the source text, e.g. space left for a word to be filled in later, for later rubrication, etc.

I think such a fenestra fits that description very well. Should it have a @type attribute? I don't know.
