when choosing googlephoto takeout zip, it seems it is extracting all files onto C drive #1

when choosing google photo takeout zip, it seems it is extracting all files onto C drive. but My C drive has only limited space, I have almost about 150g of photo to extract. can this location to be changed to somewhere else ?
